CUTTLEFLOW COMMONS — ATTRIBUTION AND TRADE MARK NOTICE

1. What this collection is
--------------------------
This package contains Australian insurance policy wordings from the
Meridian series, published by Cuttleflow Pty Ltd t/a Cuttleflow Systems as part of the
Cuttleflow Commons — an open library of policy wordings made available for
insurers, coverholders, and brokers to use and adapt.

2. Licence
----------
The wording text in each document is licensed under the Creative Commons
Attribution 4.0 International Licence (CC BY 4.0). The full licence text is
in the file LICENSE.txt in this package, and the canonical version is at
https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/. You may copy, adapt, and
redistribute the wordings, including for commercial use, provided you give
attribution as set out in section 3.

3. Required attribution
-----------------------
If you use or adapt a wording from this collection, you must credit the
source. The following attribution satisfies the licence:

    "Based on the Meridian [wording name] wording, published by Cuttleflow
    Systems Pty Ltd under CC BY 4.0. Source: the Cuttleflow Commons.
    Changes were made." (Omit the final sentence if you have not changed the text.)

You must not suggest that Cuttleflow Systems endorses you or your use of
the wording. Where you have adapted a wording, the attribution must make
clear that changes were made, so that the adapted version is not mistaken
for the published version.

4. Trade marks and brand assets are not licensed
------------------------------------------------
The CC BY 4.0 licence applies to the wording text only. It does not grant
any right to use:

    - the name "Cuttleflow" or "Cuttleflow Systems";
    - the name "Meridian" as applied to these wordings;
    - the Cuttleflow bearing mark, logos, colours, or typography.

These remain the property of Cuttleflow Pty Ltd t/a Cuttleflow Systems. If you adapt a
wording, remove the Cuttleflow and Meridian branding from your version and
apply your own, keeping only the attribution text required by section 3.

5. No advice and no warranty
----------------------------
These wordings are provided as source material, not as legal or insurance
advice, and without warranty of any kind. Each adopter is responsible for
its own legal review, regulatory compliance, capacity-provider approval,
and reinsurance alignment before use. See README.txt for the current draft
and review status of each wording.
